At Ruby Elixirs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver premium fragrances in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 DAYS of delivery.

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, inserts, and documentation.

  • Be in resalable condition.

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.

These restrictions help ensure product quality and safety for all customers.

3. Return Request Process

Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

at our sole discretion.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution such as store credit or refund may be offered.

We do not generally offer exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences after a product has been opened or used.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS after approval.

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping fees and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For Approved Returns Due To:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products delivered

Ruby Elixirs will bear the return shipping cost.

For Customer-Initiated Returns:

If a return is approved for reasons other than product defects or fulfillment errors, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Any applicable shipping deductions will be communicated before processing the refund.

8. Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect,

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful,

  • The shipment was refused by the customer,

we may deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.

Re-shipment charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be sent again.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a return request under this policy.
